Duas , prayers … conversations with Rab. They are the most comforting. We sometimes forget that He is right there with us through joy and despair, vigor and fatigue , pleasure and anger ,loss and finding of oneself and purpose, He will know and understand all…
We make anchors… elsewhere, in self , in people , in purposes…. everything temporary …
it’s funny that we ask for stability when by nature I have found us humans to be the most unstable.. evolving in our emotions, wants and needs .. never satisfied.
But we continuously and falsely claim the next achievement, acknowledgment , acclamation, relationship goal will be IT!! Let me assure you … It never is.. we get bored .. we become ungrateful .. we toss it off and start looking again … for purpose ….
Children ….Knowing, understanding and submitting to the Creator , Allah Subhanahu Wa TALA alone IS THE PURPOSE
It is not difficult to wrap your head around it once the heart realizes.. that Allah is our Creator…. He is the all knowing .. all encompassing .. when we humble ourselves to asking Him alone we begin to see our duas manifest!
Always remember :
Spread out your duas … on the canvas of ibadah.
Salah is an opportunity to make dua for however long the heart desires ,
zikr is an opportunity to make dua ,
Quran is connecting with the One who answers the duas,
learning the deen, to know what to ask for, how to ask and let the hearts be filled with Rida.
best of manners, towards family and people around, so that others make dua for you in their Salah!
learn the duas of the beloved Prophet SallAllah hu Alihye Wasalm, what better way to connect with the most Merciful than by learning the duas of His most beloved. The one who was sent as a mercy to all humanity! SallAllah hu Alihye Wasalm.
dua is Ibadah….. and in various forms of Ibadah are the blessings of dua, connection with our Rab. The One who has promised in the Quran
Chapter 2 verse 185
And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.
I pray my little ones, that you would realize early on that your power and success is knowing who you answer … The One who responds to you whenever you seek Him!!!!
